What can you expect from Colognia?

Print run launch

Come and attend the print run launch of your order. If you need to change anything, have a coffee, and we will take care of everything.

Machine-readable delivery note

We also send a machine-readable delivery note with every order. From now on, entering it into a system will be a piece of cake.

100% quality control

Printing is supervised not only by the experienced eye of the printer, but also by cameras with 100% quality control. They catch even the tiniest flaw.

Customer warehouse

If you do not have sufficient storage space, leave your order with us. You can pick it up whenever you want.

Bespoke orders

We welcome new challenges. Cooperating with the customer, we like to seek and find new solutions.

F.A.Q.

What factors affect the delivery date?

Delivery times are affected by print queues on the individual technologies which we assign to your product to meet your vision.

Once the order is entered into the system, you will receive a confirmation and a production date. Before printing, we will send a proof for approval – this needs to be confirmed. If you do not provide confirmation, the production date will automatically be postponed until we get the "green light" from you.

Please always confirm the proof as soon as possible, so that we can deliver your order on time.

Can I be at the launch of the print run?

Sure, you can certainly come and attend the print run launch.

We understand that you want to see the final quality for yourself. If you need to adjust anything, take a seat in our lounge and have a delicious cup of tea or coffee. And we will take care of everything in the meantime.

Is it possible to request print samples?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with samples.

If you would like to see what the labels from our printer look like in real life, feel free to contact us. We will be happy to send you some demo samples. Entirely free of charge.

Can you also print from RGB data?

No, we do not print from RGB data. Please convert your data to CMYK before printing.

This is because colour deviations may occur when using RGB colours. Which would be a shame.

Why do the colours look different on the printed product than on the monitor?

Variations can occur when converting data from RGB to CMYK.

Whereas we generally print in CMYK, or directly according to the Pantone sampler, your monitor uses RGB colours. If you are not sure, we will be happy to provide you with a colour proof. Or come straight to the launch of the print run and approve the final colour scheme directly with us.

What is the minimum number of pieces per order?

The minimum number of labels per order varies according to the parameters of a particular order. Thanks to the possibilities of digital printing, we can produce orders starting with hundreds of pieces.

If you are not sure, you cannot go wrong by consulting us first. Contact our customer service or send your enquiry via the online form.

Are you able to commission graphic design work?

We do not offer the possibility to create bespoke graphics.

However, we do know plenty of trusted graphic designers and graphic design studios that we are happy to recommend. We also have our own in-house DTP studio, which prepares your print data for printing.

Do you also deliver outside the Czech Republic?

Yes, our products go all over Europe and beyond.

We produce and deliver to approximately 18 countries worldwide. Our goal is to continue to expand in this area.
