The growth of local beer producers – small and medium-sized breweries – provides an opportunity to stand out in the market. Beer connoisseurs invariably appreciate an original design. Make your mark with an original beer label that highlights the unique taste of your beer. There are no limits!
Small and medium-sized breweries are among our most frequent customers. Just as each beer tastes different, so there are also different types of packaging. We will be happy to help you choose a suitable label that will differentiate you from your competitors while meeting technological and legislative requirements, such as carrying the DPG symbol if you are supplying beer to the German market.
We offer a wide portfolio of beer labels, which we choose according to the type of bottle. When choosing the best type of label, it is a good idea to think about its future disposal, so that both the glass and label can be easily recycled. If you are looking to print a reusable glass bottle, an easily removable wash-off label is the ideal option. This involves a transparent material suitable for a wide range of printing and finishing technologies, keeping you one step ahead of the competition.
For non-returnable glass bottles, a graphic self-adhesive label is most commonly used. For PET bottles it is popular to use a wraparound label, applied at the factory around the entire circumference of the product. If your beer comes in a can, we recommend choosing a full print using shrink sleeve technology.
In the beer industry, batches in the order of units up to tens of thousands of each type are usually preferred, which is the ideal volume for our digital printing. If you require hundreds of thousands of pieces or more, it is worth opting for production on flexo presses. Both printing methods allow high resolution and offer options for further finishing, such as embossing or surface treatment – e.g. lamination, which protects the label on the bottle against mechanical damage.
A wide range of self-adhesive materials is available for the production of labels, from classic papers and films to special materials such as textured paper, imitation wood, or eco-friendly packaging with barley residue. Whether your needs are more conventional, or else you want to make an eye-catching bottle label, we can help you choose the best material.
