We familiarly refer to blank labels as "pure white". We cut them from the material you need, into the shape you require. Their fate is then in your hands, or rather in your printers – they are intended mainly for later imprinting.
Blank labels are divided into three basic groups:
PRINT labels for later imprinting in laser printers are produced and delivered on A4 size sheets. We can supply them in white or coloured paper, or for extreme conditions as a special film. When producing these labels, we recommend leaving a safety margin to eliminate the risk of adhesive leaking into the printer.
Labels for later imprinting in a thermal transfer printer using TTR tape are most often produced from matt, glossy, or reflective paper. For greater durability and longevity, we can also use white or transparent film, or other special materials. Nevertheless, to imprint such labels it is necessary to choose a suitable TTR tape. We will gladly help you choose a compatible tape.
Thermal labels for direct imprinting in thermal printers contain a special thermosensitive layer, thanks to which the information is written directly onto the label, without any need for TTR tape. Thermal labels are produced from matt or glossy thermal paper. They can be absolutely plain, or, conversely, graphically very nicely rendered, even using photographs, e.g. for the consumer packaging of hams or cheeses.
Blank labels can be used wherever additional information needs to be imprinted. While thermal labels are most often encountered in the supermarket when weighing fruit and vegetables, print labels and thermal transfer labels can be found in warehouses or stores, used to label goods or differentiate between categories. They are used for piece numbering, or printing EAN barcodes and QR codes.
A special type of material and backing to withstand printing temperatures.
Special materials containing ink which releases exactly where you want it when heated in the print head. We offer two basic types: thermo top and thermo eco.
Adhesive paper labels matt, semi-gloss, or glossy. Semi-gloss paper is fairly typical. Combined with a variety of adhesives, depending on the application.
Adhesive polyethylene (PE) film is flexible and suitable for shaped substrates (bags, flexible surfaces). It is available in transparent or white versions with different types of adhesives.
The properties of adhesive polyester (PET) film make it suitable for special applications. It is highly heat resistant and represents a possible solution for indoor and outdoor use. It is available in white, metallic, and transparent versions. The transparent variant has excellent transparency. Combined with a variety of adhesives, depending on the application.
White, pearl, transparent, or metallic adhesive polypropylene film stands out thanks to its strength. It just will not rip. However, this makes it less flexible and therefore more suitable for inflexible surfaces. Our most used type of film. Combined with a variety of adhesives, depending on the application.
