Technologies

Our flexographic printing machines are mainly manufactured by the Swiss company Gallus. They can print with up to 10 UV- or water-based inks. Selected units can be swapped for up to two screen-printing units, which we use most often when printing Braille. 

Our assemblage of machinery, which we are continuously expanding, is also capable of other technologies and finishing processes, e.g. printing on adhesives or, conversely, eliminating them, hot embossing and cold embossing, printing on the reverse side or, for example, technology for making peel-off labels.

In addition, continuous roll-change facilities enables the continuous production of a single job, which not only affects the speed, but also the cost of production. The machines also feature multiple rotary die cuts and 100% print control.

We currently use two digital printing machines – a modern HP Indigo and an injection EFI Jetrion with laser cutting. By combining both these machines and other finishing equipment, we are able to produce our entire product portfolio, which is not only beautiful to look at, but which – above all – has really high quality. Both machines can handle variable data, and are also suitable for low-volume digital printing.

Initially we grew as a label printer, dealing primarily with UV flexo technology, but for more than 10 years we have also been involved in the contemporary field of digital printing. All our machines excel not only in print quality, but also in their subsequent finishing possibilities. 

We have many years of experience, we have state-of-the-art equipment, and we are certainly not afraid of challenges.
