Digital printing is a technology by which print data is transferred from a computer directly to the machine. The HP Indigo – the "Mercedes" of digital presses – and the EFI Jetrion injectable allow us to print shorter jobs using variable data for personalised printing.
Our assembled machinery currently consists of 2 digital printing machines, complemented with extensive print finishing equipment. This allows us to enhance the value of your label with a range of finishing – such as cold embossing, lamination or partial varnish.
Digital machines can print each ticket as unique. They are therefore ideal for personalised printing. Variable data might be text, an image, shape, or just about the particular colour. Variability is also used in practical ways – e.g. when printing QR codes, barcodes, and bitmaps.
We understand that you want to inspect the quality for yourself. We therefore offer the production of proofs, which we will send to you for evaluation before final printing. We are also happy to welcome you right into our production facility, so you can be there when your print job is launched.
Digital printing is a technology in which print data is transferred from a computer directly to a machine. Unlike with flexographic printing, there is no need for printing plates. This is also what makes digital printing suitable for smaller volume jobs. A specific feature of this technology is the possibility of working with variable data.
In quality terms, today's digital machines are already comparable to conventional technologies.
