The utility value of this technology is increased by the possibility to print variable data in full colour, and by its semi-rotary die-cutting, cold embossing, lamination, or partial varnish capacities. It is suitable for printing self-adhesive labels, including peel-off labels, as well as shrink sleeves, laminated tubes, and flexible packaging. All of which can also be done in smaller batches.

HP Indigo can print with up to 7 colours. Depending on the substrate material, we can also simulate direct PANTONE colours. We recommend varnishing the paints afterwards to extend their durability. Different varnishes can also be used for a wide range of finishing options.

The maximum input material width is 330 mm. This allows us to produce multiple productions (motifs) side by side and thus save material, time, and your money. 

Maximum print speed is 60 bm/min for single-colour printing. The speed decreases with an increasing number of colours.

HP Indigo includes two ABG Digicon finishing machines. In combination they offer the machineís maximum possible finishing equipment. They provide semi-rotary die-cutting and up to two printing units for either printing (inks, varnishes, lamination), the production of multilayer labels (peel-off labels), or cold embossing.

HP Indigo can print variable data in full colour. This opens up countless possibilities for the personalised printing of your labels. You can also use HP SmartStream Mosaic software to work with your graphics – changing colours, zooming in/out, rotating... Put simply, it can create a unique label design for every product.
