Finish, protect, and highlight the details. Choose from a range of options – from designer films that evoke visual and tactile emotions, to special inks and varnishes, embossing, relief effects, and printing on adhesives. We will not place any limits on your imagination or your needs.
Do not be afraid to go wild and turn everyone's head in your direction!
Give your premium products that exclusive metallic look with special films. You can choose from a range of embossing films – from classic gold and silver, to a variety of films with holographic elements.
Metallic film is applied to the selected substrate using a hot roller. The result is a unique packaging design with precise detailing for selected elements. Hot stamping is particularly suitable for large production runs.
The embossing film is applied to the desired substrate using a printing plate and adhesive. While you will not get the fine detail of hot embossing, it is a more cost-effective option (even for smaller production runs), with still very high-quality results.
Decorate or protect your product against unwanted external factors using special varnishes or lamination.
Glossy, matt, suitable for printing with TTR tape, or perhaps a varnish that evokes an emotional response when touched. We offer all these options.
Come to us for a wide range of varnish options – a screen-printing varnish (embossed/haptic), a low-migration and chemically resistant varnish, or a satin, soft-touch, matt or semi-matt varnish.
Laminating film is applied to the printed substrate. Choose from a standard matt or gloss finish. But we also offer a wide selection of special lamination films for creating impressive holographic and 3D effects.
On top of that, we can also overprint laminating films – so together we can achieve some truly impressive designs for your labels.
Get more text on your labels. If the space on the upper side is not enough, you can also have the reverse side of the label printed. Labels can only be printed on the adhesive over a certain area, otherwise they might lose their adhesion. Printing on the adhesive is also often used for peel-off labels.
Create an embossed effect on your product or improve its colour opacity. Screen printing can apply a thicker layer of ink to create an embossing effect that feels good to the touch, and adds prestige and uniqueness to your packaging. We also use this method to apply Braille. We are able to screen print with up to two units in one pass through the machine.
Do you require security pre-cuts for your label? Do you need labels to be separated by perforations? We are able to perform die-cutting with blades of different heights, thereby achieving the desired effect in one pass through the machine. In the same way, we can also apply two cuts at a time in a single pass – one from the top, one from the bottom.
If you need to transfer information or graphics to the reverse side, double-sided printing is the right choice. We can print both sides of the material in a single pass through the machine, saving you time, energy, and money. Double-sided printing is most often used by our customers for printing tickets.
Want to see how many labels you have left on the roll at a glance? If so, we will be happy to print a number series on the silicone of your labels.
